Stearpoint Business Consulting was founded in June 2003 by the entrepreneur Patrik Alfvegren. Initially, the company was set up to offer convenient employment and consultant base for two people working closely with Mr. Alfvegren. At that time he was also in the process of setting up another company, offering services within the areas of asset protection and tax optimization.
As the months went by, it turned out that also other people could benefit from putting their consultant businesses into Stearpoint and in 2006 it was decided to make services more general available.
Over the years, Stearpoint has come to attract consultants with higher income than average. The reason for that is most certainly that services provided are more advanced and in-depth then similar companies offer. Most Stearpoint consultants see the company not as a service provider, but more as a true partner.

Stearpoint launches its no-name VISA card
It soon became clear that a good card program was important to provide easy access to money and to facilitate work for the company’s consultants.
Launch of services to qualifying consultants
Increasing interests in the consultant platform built by Stearpoint lead the company to start offering its services to consultants who seemed reliable and appropriate.
UK Company Service Provider
Stearpoint had used other service providers for incorporations and company administration in the UK. Now all such services were taken over by Stearpoint.
Certificate of AML registration from HMRC
Stearpoint finalized its registration with HMRC as Accountancy Service Provider and Company Formation Agency in the UK in line with Money Laundering Regulations (MLR).
International Company Service Provider
Stearpoint had used other service providers for incorporations and company administration outside of the UK. Now all international services were taken over by Stearpoint.
Representative office in Malta
A modern and central office was opened up in St. Julian’s, Malta to serve and inform consultants.
Launch of services to affiliates and online marketing specialists
Closeness to a vibrant affiliate community in Malta lead Stearpoint to launch services to high-earners within this sector.
